Magnum opus


Alright lads. Sunday night was curry night since I was spending some time with michelle and we fancied a little chef action.

We hit up tescos for the ingredients and got cracking. (well I did. She just chopped some stuff up :p)

Started off with some bay leaves, cardamom seeds and another ingredient I don’t remember.
Added in the chopped onions a couple minutes after.

Whacked in 500g of boneless chicken thighs, cut into 2.5cm chunks.

Added in the chilli, ginger, cinnamon and garlic paste.

Cooked for a little longer and added the other spices (garam masala, crushed cloves and coriander)

Add the roughly chopped tomatoes for colour and texture.

Drink MOAR COBRA

Turn down that heat, hit up the yoghurt and mix that shit in

Let it simmer and reduce until it gets a little thicker.

Once done, add coriander for colour and a little extra flavour.

Now for the lemon rice!

No picture for boiling rice, soz lads, you’re old enough to know how that looks xo

Two whole lemons, juice and rind, split peas and mustard seeds. Cook for literally a minute.

Cover the rice in that delectable shit.

Serve your magnum opus, get a cheeky blowjob later for a job well done.

Total cooking and prep time: 1.5 hours.
Be quicker with just normal rice but the lemon rice was so damn good.
